Water Rate Hearing

On November 17, 2009 at 10 a.m. in the City Administration Building, 202 C Street, 12th Floor Council Chambers, the San Diego City Council held a public hearing and approved a water rate increase as a result of an increase by the County Water Authority in to the wholesale cost of water.
