Bill Payment Timeline

After doing a comprehensive study of other utilities throughout the nation, the City of San Diego Public Utilities Department updated its bill paying schedule to be in line with the industry standards.

The bill due date is 15 days after the bill is sent. The shut-off date is 45-51 days after the bill is sent.
