Recycled Water Rate

The cost for recycled water is $0.80 per hundred cubic feet (HCF) of water, which is equal to 748 gallons. By comparison, as of December 1, 2011, the potable water rate is $3.61 per HCF, the current rate charged to irrigation customers.
