The day was sunny, the tone somber, as several hundred people gathered to pay tribute to Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas and Sheriff's Deputy Kenneth Collier, both killed in the line of duty this past year. Today's event was the 26th Annual Law Enforcement Memorial ceremony which honors all the men and women in San Diego County law enforcement who died in the line of duty. The memorial included the U.S. Marine Corps Band, Combined Law Enforcement Choir, bagpipes, a rifle salute, Taps, and an aerial fly-by.
