Such wall and fencing presently maintains the driveway along the southern property line and acts as a safety rail adjacent to that driveway; (2) to construct approximately 490 feet of 8'0" high open fence and gate within the street side yard adjacent to Fern Street; (3) to construct open fencing on top of the existing retaining wall/ solid fence within the interior side yard on the northerly property line so long as such fence as measured from the north side of the fence does not exceed 9'-0" in height and that such fencing material and design is approved by the Zoning Administrator's office; (4) that construction of fencing within the visibility areas adjacent to Fern Street and the driveway serving the south side of the property may be accomplished to a maximum of 6 ft. consisting of 3'-0" solid on base and 3'-0" open above, located at 1170 30th Street, CA zone; with conditions C-20528 5/2/90 NH
