STORYBOOK PLAZA.tif Storybook Plaza Lot 1, AZA DENIED as REQUESTED but APPROVED to (1) maintain approx 140 ft. of combination retaining wall and open fence along the southern property line. Such wall and fencing presently maintains the driveway along the southern property line and acts as a safety rail adjacent to that driveway; (2) to construct approximately 490 feet of 8'0" high open fence and gate within the street side yard adjacent to Fern Street; (3) to construct open fencing on top of the existing retaining wall/ solid fence within the interior side yard on the northerly property line so long as such fence as measured from the north side of the fence does not exceed 9'-0" in height and that such fencing material and design is approved by the Zoning Administrator's office; (4) that construction of fencing within the visibility areas adjacent to Fern Street and the driveway serving the south side of the property may be accomplished to a maximum of 6 ft. consisting of 3'-0" solid on base and 3'-0" open above, located at 1170 30th Street, CA zone; with conditions C-20528 5/2/90 NH
