- Voluntary Accessibility Program
The City of San Diego provides incentives to increase the number of accessible units in the local housing supply. On April 11, 2012, the Coastal Commission unconditionally certified the ordinances (O-20128 and O-19955) for the Voluntary Accessibility Program, which is an incentive program to encourage accessible design in new residential development.
