Draft work plan:
At monthly Working Group Meetings, the Promise Zone Partners will reassess the work plans that were created to write the Promise Zone application. Together, we will determine the activities that should be prioritized, as well as any activities to be added or omitted, now that the designation has been awarded.
The work plans will be shared among all Partners to ensure that the plans for each Working Group are synergistic and connect with and reflect one another.
Each Working Group will create a theory of change/program logic model. Appropriate interventions and program services activities to be conducted by Partners will be determined in relation to the focus areas of the nonprofit organizations working on each Promise Zone goal area using best practices to ensure success.
Partners will identify appropriate data sources and Promise Zone baseline data to collect.
Each Working Group will contribute to creating the five-year Strategic and Implementation Plan to be shared with all Partners and the public.
Each Working Group will produce a Working Group-specific annual operations plan to be shared with all Partners and the public.
