About Facilities Financing
The Planning Department – Facilities Financing Section develops, updates and administers program and plans that provide funding sources to assist in the financing of community-serving infrastructure, such as roads, parks, recreation facilities, libraries, and fire and police stations. Some of the more specific financing programs under this section include city administration of development impact fees, impact fee deferral agreements, reimbursement agreements, monitoring of development agreements, and infrastructure planning.
The Facilities Financing Section collects the following impact fees:
- Development Impact Fees
- Housing Impact Fees (HIF)
- Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program Fees (RTCIP)
