North University City
On June 12, 2012 the City Council approved the North University City Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment, Fiscal Year 2013 and adopted a resolution of Intention to designate an area of benefit for the Facilities Benefit Assessment. On July 24, the City Council adopted a Resolution of Designation for the area of benefit, with Mayor's approval and final passage on July 31. The Fiscal Year 2013 Public Facilities Financing Plan went into effect on September 29, 2012. The Financing Plan was amended by Council Resolution R-309238 on October 14, 2014, and amended a second time by Council Resolution R-310262 on March 2, 2016.
