The current Otay Mesa Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment, Fiscal Year 2014, was adopted by the City Council and approved by the Mayor on April 29, 2014, then amended by the City Council and approved by the Mayor on July 16, 2015.
