Independent Budget Analyst (IBA)
Brady joined the Office of the Independent Budget Analyst (IBA) in September 2019 as a Research Analyst. Prior to this position, Brady worked for the City of San Diego for five years starting as an Economic Development Assistant with the Planning Department and eventually becoming a Senior Management Analyst in the Public Works Department where he managed the budget for many of the projects in the Capital Improvements Program (CIP). Brady has also worked as a Transportation Demand Management Intern for the San Diego Association of Governments as well as a Pathways Intern with the Naval Medical Center in San Diego where he assisted the Graduate Medical Education Department.
Brady has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California San Diego.
