Nicky Bennett joined the Office of the Independent Budget Analyst (IBA) in November 2022.  Before joining the IBA, Nicky spent three years conducting social science research about youth decision-making and economic conditions. While she was pursuing her undergraduate degree in economics at the College of William and Mary, she found a passion for economic development working in James City County, VA.
