Due to the prominence of, and wide spread reliance by the investor community on, the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s (MSRB) Electronic Municipal Market Access website (EMMA), the City of San Diego has moved to the exclusive use of EMMA’s issuer page platform for all financial disclosures.
EMMA provides access to information about individual bonds, commercial paper notes, bank loans, and other securities issued or secured by the City of San Diego and related entities. Please note that any information or documents posted by the City on EMMA are dated as of their respective dates and speak only as of such dates. In addition, no information on the City’s own site is intended to be the basis of or should be relied upon in making an investment decision.
