Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego

The Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego is a joint powers authority formed between the City of San Diego, the City solely in its capacity as the designated successor agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, and the Housing Authority of the City of San Diego to assist the City with financing public improvements. The bonds and commercial paper issued by the Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego are secured by revenues consisting largely of lease payments and/or installment payments made by the City. Pursuant to the offering documents for such bonds, the City has undertaken the responsibility to provide continuing disclosure for the benefit of the owners of the bonds.
