Service Desk & Desktop Support Services

On May 14, 2012, the City Council approved a five year agreement with Atos IT Solutions & Services, Inc. for the provision of Service Desk and Desktop Support Services. The agreement anticipates a cost of $8,491,630 over five years, with an additional two year option at a cost of $3,705,972. The Service Desk and Desktop Support Services agreement includes the following primary services:

  • Providing a single point of contact for reporting problems or requesting services
  • Managing and tracking trouble calls and service requests from initiation through resolution
  • Supporting end-users over the phone and onsite
  • Installing, moving, changing, and repairing computer equipment and software
