Mayor Gives Keynote Presentation at 3-Day Smart Cities Forum at Qualcomm

San Diego, CA – Headlining 3-day event at Qualcomm headquarters that brings together elected officials, policy and tech experts from across the country, San Diego Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer explained why San Diego has been showing up on top-10 lists as a hub for innovation at the Smart Cities Now Forum.

The Smart Cities Now Forum is hosted by the Smart Cities Council, which is a Washington, D.C.-based think tank that acts as an advisor and market accelerator for smart cities. The group seeks to accelerate the growth of smart cities worldwide by providing guidance on technology, policy and citizen engagement.  The Qualcomm forum included panel discussions on everything from transportation systems to energy, water and biometrics.
