The reports contained herein include a summary of Pretreatment Program activities and accomplishments throughout jurisdictions tributary to the Metropolitan Sewerage System, which includes the South Bay Water Reclamation Plant.

Because flows from industries tributary to the South Bay Water Reclamation Plant (SBWRP) can be diverted to the Point Loma publicly owned treatment works (POTW), starting in 2021 the information previously found in the South Bay Pretreatment Report is now incorporated into the Point Loma Wastewater Pretreatment Report. This includes data for industries tributary to the SBWRP and the South Bay Ocean Outfall.
