- Performing electronic discovery, also called eDiscovery, in response to California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests, subpoenas or internal investigations.
Securing Our eCity - Public/Private Partnership
Model Cyber City Project - In January 2010, the City was selected as the pilot city to create regional public-private partnerships for cybersecurity that can be used as a national model. The Mayor, Department of IT, and Police Department have participated in and supported the efforts to get this project started and expanded across the San Diego region. Securing Our eCity (SOeC) includes more than 200 members, consisting of local, state and federal public agency representatives, as well as dozens of regional private sector companies. Participation from the public sector, private sector, public/private educational institutitions and citizens is encouraged.
