One of the keys to cleaner ocean waters is public education. That is why the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program developed the "THINK BLUE" educational campaign. "Think Blue" seeks to educate residents, businesses and industry about the causes of storm water pollution and about pollution prevention behaviors that they can adopt to help improve our water quality.
You can make a difference and help the City clean up our beaches and bays. As a visitor to this site, you have already taken the first step - getting informed about the issue. The next step is to become a Clean Water Leader and share your knowledge with family, friends and neighbors.
By adopting simple pollution prevention behaviors you too can "Think Blue." Remember, pollutants that you don't stop today will close our beaches tomorrow. For more information about Storm Water Pollution Prevention visit Think Blue.
