The Performance & Analytics Department, a new department created in Fiscal Year 2015, improves City operations through long-term strategic initiatives, including strategic planning, performance measurement and management, the San Diego Works efficiency and incentives program, Managed Competition, Open Data, and the 311-style Customer Experience & Service Delivery program. As such, the Department works citywide to implement resident-focused and data-enabled solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the City's service delivery practices and management structures.
