The Citywide Engagement program oversees citywide engagement strategies and programs, including our Resident Satisfaction Survey, Employee Satisfaction Survey, and working with City departments to ensure that feedback loops exist at all customer touch points.
Resident Satisfaction Survey
A resident satisfaction survey was conducted in November and December 2015. The report contains information about what residents think the City does well and about areas in which it may be able to improve. The results will be used to guide City leaders on how to better serve residents and provide responsive customer service.
