The Environmental Impact Report (EIR)/Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the City of San Diego Vernal Pool Habitat Conservation Plan analyzes the potential environmental effects associated with implementation of the Conservation Plan (including direct and indirect impacts, secondary impacts, and cumulative effects).
