The City of San Diego is in the process of comprehensively updating the Clairemont Community Plan. On this website you will find information about how you can get involved and provide input in the planning process, as well as background information and technical documents.
Public review of the May 2021 Draft Clairemont Community Plan was concluded on August 17, 2021. Additionally, a informational workshop was held with the San Diego Planning Commission on September 23, 2021 to seek input on the Draft Plan. Staff is currently in the process of revising the draft plan in response to comments received. It is anticipated that a final draft and a recommendation from the Clairemont Communty Planning Group will take place in the Fall, followed by the release of the Programmatic EIR in the winter, and adoption hearings to start in teh beginning of the new year in 2022.
