Midway-Pacific Highway Community Plan Update
Midway – Pacific Highway Community Plan Draft – April 2017
The April 2017 Draft Midway – Pacific Highway Community Plan builds on the land use, mobility, urban design and parks framework established in the previous November 2013 draft. Refinements to proposed land uses and draft policies have been made based on input from the Midway – Pacific Highway Community Planning Group and other stakeholders, and urban greening and storm water management recommendations developed through the Midway – Pacific Highway Urban Greening Planning Study have been incorporated.
This draft community plan document can be viewed from the links below. An Environmental Impact Report will be prepared to analyze the draft community plan, and is anticipated to be released for public review and comment in mid-summer 2017.
