Midway-Pacific Highway Community Plan Update

Midway – Pacific Highway Community Plan Draft – April 2018

The April 2018 Draft Midway – Pacific Highway Community Plan builds on the previous December 2017 draft. Refinements to proposed land uses and draft policies have been made based on input from the Midway – Pacific Highway Community Planning Group and other stakeholders. As part of the Community Plan Update a community-wide rezone is being proposed to implement the vision and policies of the Community Plan. The draft Community Plan and associated proposed rezoning map can be viewed from the links below.
A Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared to analyze the draft Community Plan and proposed rezoning, which can be found online here. Public hearings for adoption of the draft and associated proposed rezoning are anticipated to be held between April and June 2018. The first hearing will be at Planning Commission on April 26, 2018. The Planning Commission staff report can be found here (under the Midway – Pacific Highway Community Plan item).
