The Incentives Ad-Hoc Subcommittee was formed with the purpose of investigating and proposing specific historic preservation incentives and recommending ways for their successful implementation. Recommendations will be forwarded to the full HRB for adoption in the form of a new Incentives Element of the adopted Comprehensive Historic Preservation Plan (1991) and on to the City Council for implementation, as needed.
