City Attorney Advocates
- Provide referrals, case stats and support to victims in criminal City Attorney cases including domestic violence, child abuse, stalking, same sex domestic violence, violations of restraining orders, vandalism or harassing phone calls
- Conduct criminal Stay Away Order assessments and make recommendations to the court (only a Judge can lift or modify a Stay Away Order)
- Provide resources and referrals for additional services (counseling, shelter, TRO)
- Conduct Risk Assessments
- Accompany client to criminal court hearings
