Heartsaver CPR AED
The Heartsaver CPR AED Course teaches CPR, AED use, use of barrier devices (IE: Pocket Mask) and relief of choking in adults and children. It is intended for those who have a duty to respond to cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements such as those found in Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) programs.
Course length is 4 hours with a 15 minute break.
Presentation Format: The course is instructor led, but video based with active hands-on participation.
Student Materials: Each student receives a Heartsaver CPR AED Workbook .
Course Completion Card: Successfully completed students receive a Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion Card which is valid for 2 years from date of course.
Course Fee: $60.00 per student. Groups can be invoiced after the course has been presented.
Attendance Requirements: A minimum of 8 students is required for a course presented at a location within San Diego County. A maximum of 20-24 students per each class is in place to provide the best learning opportunity for all participating.
