            <title>Otay Mesa Community Plan Update</title>

						The City Council unanimously adopted the Otay Mesa Community Plan Update (OMCPU) on March 11, 2014. The update included the certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR), the rescission of the Otay Mesa Development District (OMDD), the rezoning to Citywide zones, and the approval of the Public Facilities Financing Plan (PFFP). On October 2, 2014 the OMCPU won the Outstanding Planning Document Award from the Association of Environmental Professionals!<br><br>
