Trolley Park Terrace (Transit-oriented, Quality Affordable Housing is here): Councilmember Myrtle Cole was joined by staff from the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation, Rick Gentry from the San Diego Housing Commission, a representative from the Environmental Protection Agency, other stakeholders, and members of the community for the groundbreaking of the Trolley Residential Project that will result in 52-units of quality multi-family affordable apartment homes. Councilmember Cole is getting things done for the Fourth Council District.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the opening of the very first Walgreens south of SR-94 in the Fourth Council District. Councilmember Cole was joined by Mayor Kevin Faulconer and The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation CEO Reginald Jones.
