Council President Myrtle Cole (District 4)

Valencia Park

Valencia Park is situated on the north by Market Street, on the south by the city of National City and Division Street, on the east by Valencia Parkway, and on the west by Euclid Avenue.  The area contains a wide range of features inlcuding steep slopes and rolling hills, plateaus, canyons, and floodplains.

Webster

Webster is bordered by Oak Park to the North East, Chollas Creek to the North West, and Chollas View to the South.    
 
The Webster Community Council meet every third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Webster Elementary School, 4801 Elm Street, San Diego, CA 92102.

Paradise Hills

Paradise Hills is bounded by Bay Terraces on the North East side, and National City on the west side.  Public elementary schools in Paradise Hills include Pacific View Leadership Academy, Paradise Hills Elementary School, Perry Elementary School, and Penn Elementary School.

O'Farrell

O'Farrell is situated in the middle of Council District 4 where Bay Terraces is on the South East side, Encanto on the North side, Emerald Hills and Valencia Park on the West side and Alta Vista on the South side.  Schools in O'Farrell include O'Farrell Charter School and Nye Elementary School.  The beloved George L. Stevens Senior Center also lies within the O'Farrell community.

Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park is bounded on the north by the San Diego Trolley line, on the south by the city of National City, on the east by Euclid Avenue, and on the west by Interstate 805.

Greater Skyline Hills

Skyline Hills is bordered by Encanto to the west, Jamacha-Lomita to the North East, and Bay Terraces to the south.  Public schools include Morse High School and Fulton Elementary School.
