At North Park RC
Don’t miss out on the fun North Park has planned for your child while on Summer Break. Join us for Day Camp as we explore sports, crafts, cooking class, science projects, group play games, field trips, and much more! Lunch will be provided.

Youth Co-Ed Futsal League

Join us to learn the fundamentals and basic skills of futsal this season. The league will entail one day of practice with an additional game day. Every participant will receive a trophy and be a part of the North Parks Summer Banquet. Jerseys will be provided for the season.

Join us to learn the fundamentals and basic skills of basketball this season. The league will entail two days of practice with an additional game day. Every participant will receive a trophy and be a part of the North Parks Summer Sports Banquet. Jerseys will be provided for the season.

Co-Ed Basketball Skills & Drills

Join us to learn the fundamentals and basic skills of basketball. All skill levels are welcomed. Some sneakers, a water bottle and determination are all you need to get through this high agility training course.

Ceramics Adult Classes

Join our adult ceramics class offered for ages 18+. Participants will learn how to pour, paint or mold ceramic pieces that you will be proud to display at home. Each class holds two sessions of creating resulting with one complete glazed piece that you are able to pick up on your third visit.

Ceramic Workshop Classes

Join our ceramics workshop class offered for all ages. Participants will have a choice to hand build or pour mold to create a piece. Each class holds two sessions resulting with one complete glazed piece that you are able to pick up on your third visit.

Ceramics Adult Studio Time

Join our Ceramics Adult Studio Time. We have created a space where you can create at your own pace. The studio offers 3 wheels and table space to hand build. Each participant will receive a bag of clay to create of their choice. All pieces will include a fire and glaze to finish. Clay from home is optional but must be approved. All participants must email the instructor to reserve a time slot.

Sewing – All Levels

Join our new sewing club! This class is for all levels. We want to provide the space and materials to help grow the knowledge in sewing community in North Park. We will have 3 machines to operate. Bringing in your own machine and fabrics is optional.

Adult Volleyball Over the Net

Join our Volleyball Over the Net group. We have designated gym time for adult volleyball every Tuesday. Registration is mandatory every month for use of the court. Please sign up today at SDRecConnect.com.

Youth and Adult Tennis Lessons

North Park Rec now offers Tennis Lessons for all ages! All sessions are 60 min long lessons 4 times a month. Level 3 classes are 90 min. We offer introduction, beginner, intermediate and advanced lessons. Alex Nguyen is a licensed contractor who has been giving lessons for over 18 years.

Movie in the Park

When: Aug 2, 2024
Location: North Park Athletic Fields
Time: Event begins at 6:00pm Movie shows at dusk.
The event will include family fun for everyone. We will have activities, food and community engaging fun for all.

The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS Routes 1, 2, 6, 7, 10, 15 and 966.
