The Bank of America - Merrill Lynch Career Center* offers free career development services to job seekers. Operated by the San Diego Workforce Partnership, it provides:
- free individual and small group counseling;
- resource materials;
- computer and resume assistance;
- job search work readiness and occupational skills workshops
- bilingual resources; and
- specialized veteran services.

The goal is to make the process of finding a job or transitioning careers easy and successful. By equipping job seekers with new skills and training, the Career Center will help meet the needs of regional employers.
Five full-time career support specialists lead seminars, meet individually with job seekers and provide general career support.
