Customer Care Center
The Customer Care Center is a self-service customer portal or interface to the City's enterprise billing system. The Public Utilities department is the first City department to use this system which provides utilities customers on-line self-service access to manage their utility account since it was launched in July, 2011.
Existing City Water/Sewer Utility Customers
Login or Register to access your account on-line
The button below will take you to the login screen to access your utility account on-line, view and pay your current bill or move-in/out and stop or start service.Once successfully registered you can:
- Access real-time account information 24/7
- Discontinue receiving a paper invoice and access future invoices on-line
- Set-up an automatic recurring payments so you never have to worry about making your payment on-time
- Move-in/out and stop/start service
Customers registered in the Customer Care Center can now submit their Move-in/out request to start or stop service online. Just login to the Customer Care Center, Click on the Move-in or Move-out Tab and complete the necessary information.
