Fire Chief Colin Stowell Remembers the 2003 Cedar Fire

On Oct. 25, 2003, one of the worst fires in California history burned through San Diego County. Sixteen people died, including one firefighter. Many San Diego firefighters remember that incident well. City of San Diego Fire-Rescue Chief Colin Stowell shares his memories of that day and has some advice for residents.
