The Office of the City Clerk has issued an updated Public Notice regarding our services effective June 15, 2021. We will be accepting all Summons, Subpoenas, Notice of Intent, etc. in person in the City Administration Building (CAB), Lobby and VIA U.S. MAIL per Cal. Civ. Proc. § 415.30. FPPC required Filings may be submitted via our electronic filing system e-File-SD (efile.sandiego.gov), mail and in person in CAB Lobby. Appeals (Process 4 and 5) may be submitted in person in CAB Lobby, via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or City Clerk Drop-Off Box.
