Continuing the largest park expansion effort in modern city history, Mayor Kevin Faulconerwelcomed residents to the new Pacific Highlands Ranch Community Park.The new multi-purpose park includes a five-acre turf field to accommodate a variety of sporting events and activities, a new 17,000-square-foot recreation center, two dog parks, a childrens playground and discovery play area, skate plaza, the Citys first free public parkour area and bike pump track.
