Project Overview

The Torrey Pines Road, Prospect-Coast Walk Guardrail project provides a safety railing to protect motorists along the north side of Torrey Pines Road between Prospect Place and Coast Walk.

Scope of Work

The project includes installing approximately 420 feet of California ST-75B bridge rail, end blocks, and crash cushions on the north side of Torrey Pines Road between Prospect Place and Coast Walk, replacing the sidewalk and curb and gutter, relocating utilities, repaving and restriping the impacted section of roadway, and installing signage.
