Work together with a Digital Navigator to achieve your internet or technology goals through one or more appointments.

There are two ways to get connected with a Digital Navigator:

Digital Navigators can help San Diegans get connected to digital resources such as:


Basic tech-support


Low-cost computers


Free or low-cost internet subscriptions


Online programs to access education, work, telehealth, government services, housing assistance, etc.

Digital Navigators offer person-centered support and are positioned to provide community members with phone-based support for issues relating to discounted internet, tech support, and device access.
