- January 2022 - Selected panelists are contacted and panels' schedule is confirmed
- February 2022 - Panelists attend a 2-hour virtual training and receive applications to independently review
- March 2022 - Panelists convey virtually to discuss and review applications during assigned panel(s) open to the public
