Item 200 - City of San Diego Fiscal Years 2024-2028 Five-Year Capital Infrastructure Planning Outlook - The City of San Diego Fiscal Year 2024-2028 Five-Year Capital Infrastructure Planning Outlook models fiscal and capital asset planning for the Capital Improvements Program. This is the ninth CIP Outlook the City has published since January 2015, and it aims to provide information on the various policies, regulations and citywide considerations for developing a citywide capital program, the criteria for Asset Managing Departments to determine capital infrastructure needs, and basis for revenue projections of capital funds, as well as present a broad overview of capital infrastructure needs and funding over the next five fiscal years. This is an informational item.

Item 201 - Fiscal Year 2022 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) – The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is a report prepared annually by the Department of Finance that includes the financial statements of all funds of the City and its Component Units, including disclosures that complement the financial statements, statistical information, management’s discussion and analysis and other supplementary information. The ACFR is prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including those standards established by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. This item would adopt a resolution to receive and file the Fiscal Year 2022 ACFR.
