SDGE LogoItem 330 - SDG&E 2022 Presentation on Gas & Electric Rates – As a component of the Electric and Gas Franchise agreements, San Diego Gas & Electric and the City of San Diego also executed an Energy Cooperation Agreement outlining actions and initiatives that they would partner on that did not fall within the specific scope of the franchises. One of these actions is an annual presentation to City Council on “rate structures, planned rate filings, and rate changes.” The Council will hear from SDG&E on a presentation of existing and future customer rates.

Tailgate Park Padres

Item 331 - Correct a Certain Finding to Reflect City Council’s Approval of the DDA of the Tailgate Park Site – This item is to correct a certain finding for City Council’s approval of the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) of 5.25 acres of property located between 12th and Imperial avenues, and K and 14th streets in the East Village neighborhood (Property) and authorize an administrative extension of the escrow closing date. Resolution R-314077 inadvertently contained language that did not correspond in its entirety to the intended finding of Government Code section 52201(b)(2) and the language in the staff report and Summary Report accompanying the prior resolution. This action will correct the finding included in the prior resolution by replacing reference from “fair market value” to “fair

reuse value.” Consistent with Government Code section 52201(b)(2)
