There will be no Closed Session on Monday morning so the meeting will begin at 2pm. Councilmembers will hear a report on Mission Bay and the San Diego Regional Parks Improvement Funds' revenues, expenses, and improvements. They’ll also hear an annual report on Internal Financial Control.

Item 200 - Performance Audit of the Mission Bay and San Diego Regional Parks Improvement Funds, Fiscal Year 2024
City Charter Section 55.2 requires that the City Auditor report annually the extent and nature of the Mission Bay and the San Diego Regional Parks Improvement Funds' revenues, expenses, and improvements.
To comply with the Charter and in accordance with the City Auditor's Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Audit Work Plan, the City Auditor has performed an audit of the Mission Bay and the San Diego Regional Parks Improvement Funds' financial activity in fiscal year 2024.
Item 201 - 2025 Annual Report on Internal Financial Control
This Annual Report on Internal Control is issued pursuant to City of San Diego Municipal Code §22.0706, adopted by the City Council in October 2004 via Ordinance 19320 to achieve a high standard of quality in and efficacy of the City of San Diego’s financial reporting and disclosure practices.
The objective of a system of internal controls over financial reporting is to provide reasonable assurance that the financial information produced is reliable and that it reflects the City’s transactions and events for the reporting period.
