Item S503 – 10-Year Nonprofit Lease Agreement Between the City of San Diego and YWCA of San Diego County, a California Nonprofit Corporation, for City-owned Property Operating as a Housing Facility Providing Specialized Services
This item would authorize a 10-year lease to YWCA of San Diego County of an 8,287 square foot building on 0.32 acre of real property for the operation of a transitional housing facility.
