Item 601 - Consideration of Appointments to the Commission on Police Practices

Item 602 – Amend Sole Source Contract for OpenGov, Inc.

The Transportation Department requests approval to amend the OpenGov Enterprise Asset Management Solution Sole Source agreement to manage pavement, sidewalk, and tree inventory, as well as projects. The Transportation Department wishes to amend the current Sole Source by another five years for a total Sole Source of 10 years. 

The Department uses the solution to perform the Overall Condition Index (OCI) for department-supported City assets. The application is also used to extract the Department’s long-term projects on the Right of Way and exports to be consumed by the OpenGov’s OMS, previously Cartegraph, application
