Consent Agenda
There are 11 items on the Consent Agenda including accepting grant funding for Rancho Bernardo Community Park and a marketing agreement between the City of San Diego and Hyundai America.

Item 331 – Barrio Logan Community Plan Amendment and Rezone
The City Council adopted the updated Barrio Logan Community Plan (Community Plan) on December 7, 2021.
This item would adopt the proposed Community Plan amendment is a technical amendment that corrects errors to the Land Use Map in the Community Plan that was amended in 2023 for the Coastal Commission’s requested modifications. The proposed amendment would correct the Land Use Map to be consistent with the Land Use Map in the 2021 Community Plan.
Item S500 – Adoption of IHRA Definition of Antisemitism
This item would adopt a resolution confirming the adoption of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism.
The proposed resolution responds to the increasing prevalence of antisemitic incidents and affirms the City’s commitment to opposing hate and discrimination in all forms.
The resolution clarifies that the IHRA definition is intended solely as a non-binding educational and analytical tool. Nothing in the resolution is intended to, nor shall it be construed to, limit or infringe upon rights protected by the United States Constitution or the California Constitution, including the rights to free speech and expression.
