Item 200 - City of San Diego Affordable Housing Fund Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Report
The City of San Diego Affordable Housing Fund Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Report covers the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, which reflects the Fiscal Year of the City of San Diego and the San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC). It is issued following closeout of the Fiscal Year and includes unaudited data. The report includes:
- Revenue collections and investments
- Performance in meeting the goals of the previous year’s Affordable Housing Fund Annual Plan
- Information regarding the number and types of units assisted
- Rents and sales prices of units assisted
- The amount of other funds leveraged
Item S400 - 11370 Paymogo Court - Appeal of the Environmental Determination Project Number PRJ-0573108
This item is an appeal of the environmental determination made for the 11370 Paymogo Court project. The project consists of a Site Development Permit to construct a 2,653 square foot single-dwelling unit over a garage and associated site improvements.
The appellant asserts that the removal of trees from the property will damage the habitat for many birds and animals observed in the area.
