Hard to believe we’re already nearing the end of September! The Special City Council Meeting features the Consent Agenda being heard on Monday afternoon. Councilmembers will also consider the appeal of an environmental determination of a housing project in the Rancho Peñasquitos neighborhood.

Item 201 - 11370 Paymogo Court - Appeal of the Environmental Determination Project Number PRJ-0573108
This item is an appeal of the environmental determination made for the 11370 Paymogo Court project. The project consists of a Site Development Permit to construct a 2,653 square foot single-dwelling unit over a garage and associated site improvements.
The appellant asserts that the removal of trees from the property will damage the habitat for many birds and animals observed in the area.
