Doug Case is the Political Affairs Director and District Communications Manager for California State Senate President pro Tempore Toni G. Atkins. He retired in 2015 from San Diego State University, where he worked in the Division of Student Affairs for 37 years. He is served as Chair of the former Community Review Board on Police Practices and has held leadership roles in the College Area Community Council, College Area Community Planning Board. San Diego Democrats for Equality, California Democratic Party, San Diego County Democratic Party, and the American Civil Liberties Union of San Diego and Imperial Counties.
