John Armantrout served 21 years of active duty in the Navy and 15 years of Navy civilian service. Mr. Armantrout is currently a small business owner (though semi-retired) and very engaged in the San Diego community. He is an engineer specializing in problem solving with significant time in leadership positions. He has served on the Board of Directors for Just In Time for Foster Youth, Family Equality Council and the San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence.
