10 items can be found in the consent agenda including appointments and reappointments to the Small Business Advisory Board, International Affairs Board and Board of Library Commissioners. Members will also consider declaring a continued state of emergency due to sewage and waste from Tijuana, Mexico.

Item 613 - Informational Item Regarding the Fiscal Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs

This informational item will provide the City Council with a summary of the Fiscal Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, which highlights the projects and programs the City implemented during the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, using funds from the following federal sources: Community Development Block Grant program, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and Emergency Solutions Grants program.
